At the head of the kitchen of any restaurant, first of all, is the Chef - it is their vision, experience, and philosophy that will ultimately end up on your plate.  The names of some chefs are well-known, while others are not familiar to anyone, but only a few can recognize the chef by sight. Quite a few in our area definitely know Roman! That's without whom Lanjeron’s cuisine is impossible!  He is the one who contributes to making this place unique and special.  He creates delicious dishes, fantasizes, finds interesting combinations, and gives us all a new culinary experience
